Track Your Order

Every Lumae order ships with end-to-end tracking.

How it works

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. The moment your order is on its way, we email you a tracking number and a live tracking link — it always shows the latest status and delivery estimate for your destination.

Can't find your tracking email?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there, email hello@lumaelights.com with your order number and we'll resend it.

Tracking shows no movement?

Carriers can take 24–48 hours to scan a new shipment. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 3 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier directly.
