Shipping within the United States
Orders ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may ship the next business day.
Rates and delivery estimates
- Standard shipping: $5.95 for orders under $45. Estimated delivery is 5 to 7 business days.
- Free standard shipping: Available on orders of $45 or more. Estimated delivery is 5 to 7 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We email tracking information when your order ships, and the carrier tracking page provides the latest estimate.
Address changes
Verify your address at checkout. Contact us within 2 hours if a correction is needed. After processing begins, changes may not be possible.
Lost, delayed, or missing shipments
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived, email hello@lumaelights.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, once confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund.
